How hire works
- Choose your gear and datesPick your equipment and hire period from the catalogue below.
- Pay the hire fee and depositA refundable security deposit reserves the gear for your dates.
- Sign the hire agreementWe send the agreement to e-sign. It has to be signed before collection, and you can also sign it in store.
- Collect and return at RoseberyCollect from us and return at the end of your hire period. Your deposit is refunded once the gear has been inspected.

Hire terms

- Deposit — a refundable security deposit applies, scaled to your hire term: one day's value for daily hire, one week's for weekly, one month's for monthly. Refunded after the gear is returned and inspected.
- Inspection buffer — equipment is inspected on return before it goes out again, so please allow a minimum one-day turnaround between hires.
- Agreement — a legally binding hire agreement must be signed before collection.
- Condition — all gear is supplied fully inspected and certified, and must be returned in the same condition. Damage or loss is charged against the deposit.
- Rates — item specific, on daily, weekly or monthly terms.
