1. Order Processing and Delivery Times
We aim to process all online orders within 48 hours of receipt. However, we cannot guarantee this timeframe.
Orders are typically delivered using third-party courier services. By placing an order, you agree that we may share your delivery details (e.g. name, contact number, address) with these couriers to facilitate delivery.
We strive to have your order delivered within 5–10 business days, but delays may occur. In the event of an extended delay, we will make every effort to notify you.
If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately and via different couriers.

Important: We are not liable for any loss, damage, cost, or expense resulting from changes to delivery times or delays.
2. Shipping Methods & Charges
Standard Shipping: Generally sent via Australia Post standard service (excluding large, bulky, or dangerous goods items which may be sent with an alternate courier). Sent without requiring a signature.
Express Shipping: Generally sent via Australia Post express service (excluding large, bulky, or dangerous goods items which may be sent with an alternate courier). Sent without requiring a signature.
Shipping charges for Australian deliveries are automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.
If you prefer a different shipping method or require a signature upon delivery, please contact us before placing your order.
Note: We do not take responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged items once delivered, especially if an alternative delivery method is chosen.
If you request a redirection of your delivery after your order is placed, an additional fee may apply.

3. Bulky, Heavy, Valuable & Dangerous Goods
Certain items — including large or bulky products, heavy equipment, high-value goods, and items classified as dangerous goods — cannot be shipped via standard or express Australia Post services and are not eligible for free shipping.
For these items, freight is calculated separately and charged after checkout. At checkout, you will see a "Freight Deposit — Additional charges may apply" shipping option priced at $34.95. This deposit is collected at the time of purchase, and our team will contact you within 1 business day with a tailored freight quote based on your location, item size, and weight.
If the actual freight cost exceeds the deposit, the balance will be invoiced and must be paid prior to goods being dispatched.
Your order will not be dispatched until the freight cost has been confirmed and any outstanding balance has been paid in full.

Note: Free shipping thresholds (e.g. orders over $199) apply to standard eligible items only and do not apply to bulky, heavy, valuable, or dangerous goods.
4. Click & Collect
Pick-up is available from the store Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm.
Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready for collection. Allow at least 1 hour for us to prepare your order after ordering.

5. Pre-Orders & Back-Orders
Pre-Orders
Pre-orders are for new stock arriving soon. Full payment is required when placing a pre-order. Estimated delivery dates are approximate and subject to change. All pre-orders are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled, subject to our Cancellation Policy. For inquiries, email store@sky5.com.au with your name, address, and contact details.
Back-Orders
Back-orders are for temporarily out-of-stock items and items not stocked in store. We will provide an estimated delivery date within 48 hours of your order. Delivery timeframes are usually between 2–12 weeks. If we are unable to fulfil your back-order within 12 weeks, we will issue a full refund within 5 business days. Back-orders cannot be cancelled once placed, subject to our Cancellation Policy.
6. Customer Responsibility
It is your responsibility to ensure all order information is accurate — including your name, delivery address, contact number, and email. We are not responsible for any issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.
