Price Match Policy
We may offer price matching on eligible products at our discretion. All price match requests must meet the conditions outlined below and be approved prior to purchase.
Eligibility Criteria
A price match will only be considered where all of the following apply:

The product is identical in brand, model, specifications, size, and colour

The competitor is an Australian-based retailer with a physical store or Australian-operated website

The competitor’s item is in stock and available for immediate purchase at the advertised price

The advertised price is publicly available and verifiable at the time of request

The request is made before the transaction is completed
Exclusions
Price matching is not available for:

Clearance, liquidation, factory seconds, refurbished, run-out, or discontinued products

Promotional or conditional pricing, including:

Discount codes or coupons

Cashback offers, rebates, gift cards, or loyalty incentives

Bundle deals, package pricing, or “buy more, save more” offers

Online marketplaces, auction platforms, private sellers, or overseas retailers

Trade, wholesale, contract, or volume-based pricing

Pricing errors, misprints, or typographical mistakes

Freight, delivery, installation, or service charges
Additional Conditions

Price matching is limited to reasonable quantities

We reserve the right to decline any request that does not meet our commercial or operational requirements

Price matches cannot be applied after purchase and will not be honoured via refunds or credits

All price match decisions are made at management’s discretion and are final
