Ropes Edge - The Infinite Foot Loop
The all new “Infinite Loop” adjustable foot-loop is constructed of high strength, static, ultra smooth 5mm accessory cord with a 12 strand HMPE core for long lasting reliability.
The Infinite-Loops key component is the proprietary, custom-made “Aluminum Tensioner” for those one-handed on-the-fly adjustments offering optimal foot positioning when ascending rope or aid climbing.
Using the proprietary, custom-made Aluminum Tensioner, the length of the Infinite-Loop is easily adjusted from long too short and back again with one hand.
With the added length to the average foot-loop, and by taking advantage of the low friction characteristics of the high strength, static, ultra smooth 5mm accessory cord with 12 strand HMPE, The Infinite-Loop doubles as an efficient pick sling for the more technical Rope Rescue Techniques such as the “pick-off” rescue from ascent and a pick-off rescue from Aid.
Use it as a simple and efficient counter balance, or as a 2:1 mechanical advantage direct into the casualty.
