Spanset Temporary Horizontal Lifeline

SPANSET Temporary Horizontal Webbing Static Line is a 2 man system to provide lateral and versatile continuous anchorage connections. The 3400UK includes 18m horizontal webbing static line, shackles, ratchet tensioner and bag.

The patented Tension Force Indicator (TFI) allows the worker to verify the pretension force in the system quickly and easily. When the jaws of the TFI are closed, it indicates the maximum pre-tensioning force that can be achieved of 750 daN.

Ideal for maintenance, construction, bridgework and general industry applications. The system is used to protect workers in horizontal work applications with total confident.

• Preferred methods of attaching the horizontal lifeline to a structure can include the following:
  – Round Slings/Flat Slings/Wire Slings exceeding ultimate strength 22kN
  – Karabiners exceeding ultimate strength 50kN
  – Safety shackles exceeding ultimate strength 22kN
  – Grade 80 self-locking lifting hooks exceeding ultimate strength 22kN
  – Anchor points must have a minimum rating of 22kN
